bbq chicken delight
I tried this recipe, with my own twist, on the whole family and they loved it. You can adjust the recipe so that it fits for your family needs. I usually cook more so that there can always be leftovers and my husband can take some for lunch.

Ingredients
- 4-5 - boneless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 - medium-large onion, chopped
- 8-10 sticks celery, chopped
- 4 - green peppers, chopped
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 4 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
How To Make bbq chicken delight

Step 1Preheat oven to 350*.

Step 2Bake chicken until it is completely done. While chicken is cooking cut up your onions and put them in a bowl. Cut up the celery and green peppers and put them in a separate bowl, together.

Step 3Take the rest of the ingredients and mix up so that you have your sauce.

Step 4Saute your onions in butter until soft, do not burn. Once onions are soft add the rest of the vegetables and pour the sauce over them. Bring to a boil.

Step 5Cut up chicken and add to a casserole dish. Be sure to use a cooking spray in the dish to prevent food from sticking. Once chicken is in dish pour the ingredients in from the pan over the chicken.

Step 6Mix the chicken and vegetables together. Cover and bake in oven for 1 hr.
