I use this for onion rings, fish, zuccini, any frying vegetable.if coating chicken or pork, as for sweet and sour asian dish, don't try to coat whole pieces do bite size. fish is ok for fillet size.

- 1 cup and 2 tbs. flour
- 1 - beaten egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons salad oil
- 1 teaspoon each seasoning salt, pepper, mrs. dash
How To Make batter for frying

Step 1beat together with wisk or mixer until smooth

Step 2dip dry meat, dip individual vegetables

Step 3fry in cooking oil, in skillet, fry daddy or deep fryer until golden

Step 4drain, season and eat.
