How to Make barn dance chicken
- Mix catsup, vinegar, and pepper. Pour it over chicken pieces and allow to marinate overnight. Preheat oven to 325°.
- Divide onions evenly between two roasting pans. Transfer chicken pieces on top of the onions, laying chicken skin side up and in one layer. Cover with any remaining marinade.
- Cook for one hour and 15 minutes, and then increase heat to 475° and cook for another five minutes.
