Wow! This stuff is good let me tell you. I was a little worried about the taste;Not no more!If you like barbecued chicken ,you will really enjoy this. I trippled this recipe to make all 21 wrappers that you get in the package.It worked just fine.Four was not enough for me and my family. I am saving this recipe for The ball-games this fall.

Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar-monterey jack cheese
- 1/3 cup honey barbecue sauce
- 4 - egg roll wrappers
- - canola oil- for frying
How To Make barbecued chicken egg rolls

Step 1In a bowl combine the chicken,cheese and barbecue sauce.Place about 1/4 cup in center of each egg roll wrapper. Fold bottom corner over filling; fold sides over filling.Moisten remaining corner with water,roll up tightly to seal.

Step 2In an electric skillet heat 1-inch of canola oil to 375. Fry the egg rolls for 30 seconds on each side or until golden brown.Drain on paper towels.
