- 2 pounds chicken thighs, skinless and boneless (you can use chicken breasts to)
- 1 can cola (coke, pepsi, whatever, just no diet due to the artificial sweeteners breaking down)
- 1 large onion, sliced thin
- 1 1/2 cups ketchup
- 1/2 cup mustard (any kind you like)

Step 1Dump all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve on buns if desired.
