Ingredients
- 3/4 cup washed long grain rice
- 1 can chili ready diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 can tomato soup
- 2 - stalks chopped celery
- 8 - green onions chopped, including the green
- 1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 can black bean, drained
How To Make baked spanish rice with black beans

Step 1wash rice well to get starch off and let soak in clean water till ready to prepare dish.

Step 2In a large casserole dish, spray with cooking spray. chop vegetables directly into dish. add rice and rest of ingredients . stir

Step 3top with whatever meat you are addding, if any. or stir in if it is crawlfish, shrimp, cooked gnd beef.

Step 4cover with foil and bake 1 hour. if meat was added, bake until meat is tender, approximately an additional 30 minutes.
