chicken breasts, boned, halved and flattened
1Drain pineapple, reserve juice.
2Combine reserved juice with garlic, cornstarch, worcestershire sauce, mustard and rosemary.
3Arrange chicken in shallow baking pan or broiler-proof dish, skin side up.
5Stir sauce; pour over chicken.
6Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
7Arrange lemon and pineapple slices around chicken.
8Spoon sauce from baking pan over all; continue baking 5 minutes.
9Garnish with fresh rosemary or parsley, if desired.
10Prep Time: 10 minutes. Bake Time: 40 minutes.
