Ingredients
- 20 ounces pineapple chunks
- 1 - garlic clove, crushed
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 6 - chicken breasts, boned, halved and flattened
- 1 - lemon, sliced
How To Make baked pineapple chicken

Step 1Drain pineapple, reserve juice.

Step 2Combine reserved juice with garlic, cornstarch, worcestershire sauce, mustard and rosemary.

Step 3Arrange chicken in shallow baking pan or broiler-proof dish, skin side up.

Step 4Broil until browned.

Step 5Stir sauce; pour over chicken.

Step 6Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.

Step 7Arrange lemon and pineapple slices around chicken.

Step 8Spoon sauce from baking pan over all; continue baking 5 minutes.

Step 9Garnish with fresh rosemary or parsley, if desired.

Step 10Prep Time: 10 minutes. Bake Time: 40 minutes.
