3 - 4 lbboneless skinless chicken pieces. i use all thighs - excess fat removed
1 csweet baby rays barbecue sauce - or your favorite
2 Tbspsoy sauce
2 tspfresh ginger paste or fresh grated
1/2 tspgarlic powder
3/4 tspdry mustard

- Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish and place chicken evenly in the dish.
Brush each piece with sauce and bake for 1 hour, basing often with sauce. ( About every 15 minutes ) Depending how big your chicken pieces are, it may take longer. Just cook until juices run clear. The last 10 minutes I baste one last time and turn up the heat to 400. Bake an additional 5 - 10 minutes longer.
Note: I also drained the juices a couple times, just to keep it from interfering with the sauce on the top of chicken. I'm sure you with white meat you wouldn't have as much.
