  • 1/4 c
    vegetable or peanut oil
  • 3 lb
    boneless, skinless chicken breast meat, cubed
  • 3/4 c
  • 3
    eggs, beaten

  • 3/4 c
  • 4 Tbsp
  • 1/4 c
    teriyaaki sauce
  • 3 Tbsp
    rice wine vinegar
  • 1/4 c
    prepared orange juice
  • 1/4 c
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp

How to Make Baked Honey Chicken


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Heat wok or large nonstick skillet on medium high heat and add oil.
  3. Dip 8 chicken cubes in cornstarch, then in egg. Cook in oil in pan, stirring, 1-2 minutes on each side. Remove to prepared baking dish. The chicken will finish cooking in the oven.
  4. Repeat steps until all chicken is cooked.
  5. In a medium bowl, whisk sauce ingredients and pour over chicken; Stir.
  6. Bake, uncovered, 40 minutes, stirring every 10-15 minutes. Serve with rice.
