Ingredients
- CHICKEN
- 1/4 cup vegetable or peanut oil
- 3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast meat, cubed
- 3/4 cup cornstarch
- 3 - eggs, beaten
- SAUCE
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 4 tablespoons ketchup
- 1/4 cup teriyaaki sauce
- 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup prepared orange juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
How To Make baked honey chicken

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 2Heat wok or large nonstick skillet on medium high heat and add oil.

Step 3Dip 8 chicken cubes in cornstarch, then in egg. Cook in oil in pan, stirring, 1-2 minutes on each side. Remove to prepared baking dish. The chicken will finish cooking in the oven.

Step 4Repeat steps until all chicken is cooked.

Step 5In a medium bowl, whisk sauce ingredients and pour over chicken; Stir.

Step 6Bake, uncovered, 40 minutes, stirring every 10-15 minutes. Serve with rice.
