chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
2 tsp
olive oil
6 Tbsp
white wine, dry
1/4 c
lemon juice
2 tsp
2 tsp
dried basil
1/2 tsp
red pepper flakes

How to Make Baked Herbed Chicken


  • 1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2Trim any fat from chicken breast and pound lightly between two sheets of waxed paper to flatten.
  • 3Coat with olive oil and place in a baking dish.
  • 4Add wine, lemon juice, herbs and and pepper flakes, turning chicken to coat both sides.
  • 5Cover dish with foil.
  • 6Bake 25 to 30 minutes, until chicken cooked through.
  • 7Serve with Quinoa and Spaghetti Squash
