- 1 pound chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 6 tablespoons white wine, dry
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons tarragon
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
How To Make baked herbed chicken

Step 1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Trim any fat from chicken breast and pound lightly between two sheets of waxed paper to flatten.

Step 3Coat with olive oil and place in a baking dish.

Step 4Add wine, lemon juice, herbs and and pepper flakes, turning chicken to coat both sides.

Step 5Cover dish with foil.

Step 6Bake 25 to 30 minutes, until chicken cooked through.

Step 7Serve with Quinoa and Spaghetti Squash
