I love hotwings, NOT THE KIND THAT BURNS YOUR MOUTH OFF, but the lightly spicy kind. The kind that all the flavors can be taste with every bite. These wings are great for FOOTBALL NIGHT. I think you'll love them, try them. ENJOY !

Ingredients
- WINGS MUST SOAK IN BRINE FOR 4 - 24 HOURS. IN A ZIP-LOCKED BAG 1 C. WATER,(1 TEASPOON EACH), SEASONDED SALT, TYME, SAGE, 1 CRUSHED GARLIC GLOVED, CELLARY SEED AND 1/2 TEASPOON PEPPER FLAKES. SEAL BAG REFRIGERATE.
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup kraft mango chipotle anything dressing
- 1 cup corn flake crumbs
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- - ground read pepper (to taste)
- - all spices used in the brine above for seasoning the wings
- SET OVEN @ 350 F
How To Make baked crunchy hotwings

Step 1After brining is done, dry on paper towel.

Step 2Season with same season use in the brine (to taste)

Step 3Mix together 1/4 Cup sour cream & 1/4 Cup Mango Chipotle Anything Dressing

Step 4Mix well, add ground red pepper (optional)

Step 5Submerge seasoned dryed wings in sour cream mixture

Step 6In bag, place cornflake/breadcrumbs and chicken SHAKE until well coated

Step 7Place on prepared baking sheet

Step 8Bake til golden brown ENJOY !
