I love hotwings, NOT THE KIND THAT BURNS YOUR MOUTH OFF, but the lightly spicy kind. The kind that all the flavors can be taste with every bite. These wings are great for FOOTBALL NIGHT.

Ingredients

  • WINGS MUST SOAK IN BRINE FOR 4 - 24 HOURS. IN A ZIP-LOCKED BAG 1 C. WATER,(1 TEASPOON EACH), SEASONDED SALT, TYME, SAGE, 1 CRUSHED GARLIC GLOVED, CELLARY SEED AND 1/2 TEASPOON PEPPER FLAKES. SEAL BAG REFRIGERATE.

  • 1/4 c
    sour cream
  • 1/4 c
    kraft mango chipotle anything dressing
  • 1 c
    corn flake crumbs
  • 1 c
    panko bread crumbs
  • ·
    ground read pepper (to taste)
  • ·
    all spices used in the brine above for seasoning the wings
  • SET OVEN @ 350 F

How to Make Baked Crunchy Hotwings

Step-by-Step

  1. After brining is done, dry on paper towel.
  2. Season with same season use in the brine (to taste)
  3. Mix together 1/4 Cup sour cream & 1/4 Cup Mango Chipotle Anything Dressing
  4. Mix well, add ground red pepper (optional)
  5. Submerge seasoned dryed wings in sour cream mixture
  6. In bag, place cornflake/breadcrumbs and chicken SHAKE
    until well coated
  7. Place on prepared baking sheet
  8. Bake til golden brown

    ENJOY !
