I love hotwings, NOT THE KIND THAT BURNS YOUR MOUTH OFF, but the lightly spicy kind. The kind that all the flavors can be taste with every bite. These wings are great for FOOTBALL NIGHT.

Ingredients

WINGS MUST SOAK IN BRINE FOR 4 - 24 HOURS. IN A ZIP-LOCKED BAG 1 C. WATER,(1 TEASPOON EACH), SEASONDED SALT, TYME, SAGE, 1 CRUSHED GARLIC GLOVED, CELLARY SEED AND 1/2 TEASPOON PEPPER FLAKES. SEAL BAG REFRIGERATE.

sour cream
1/4 c
kraft mango chipotle anything dressing
1 c
corn flake crumbs
1 c
panko bread crumbs
ground read pepper (to taste)
all spices used in the brine above for seasoning the wings

SET OVEN @ 350 F

How to Make Baked Crunchy Hotwings

Step-by-Step

  • 1After brining is done, dry on paper towel.
  • 2Season with same season use in the brine (to taste)
  • 3Mix together 1/4 Cup sour cream & 1/4 Cup Mango Chipotle Anything Dressing
  • 4Mix well, add ground red pepper (optional)
  • 5Submerge seasoned dryed wings in sour cream mixture
  • 6In bag, place cornflake/breadcrumbs and chicken SHAKE
    until well coated
  • 7Place on prepared baking sheet
  • 8Bake til golden brown
