Baked crispy chicken
1 cmashed potato flakes (or crushed corn flakes)
2 Tbspchili powder
2 Tbspgarlic salt
1/2 cmilk or butter milk
How to Make Baked crispy chicken
- preheat over to 375 degrees
prepare a broiler pan (fluids need to be able to drain off) with pam spray or something similar.
- In one bowl mix thoroughly egg and milk mixture
In other bowl mix all dry ingredients
- thoroughly dunk chicken in the egg/milk mixture
then drop into flour/seasonings mixture, roll and pat til completely covered. Repeat until pan is full or all chicken is used up (this usually lasts through 15 or so drumsticks or thighs)
- Place pan in center of oven and bake for one hour.
