baked crispy chicken
I came up with this recipe through trial and error. But it has few ingredients, whips up easily and everyone begs for the recipe afterwards, even when they hear whats in it! Give it a try, you wont be disappointed!

Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup mashed potato flakes (or crushed corn flakes)
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons garlic salt
- 4 - eggs
- 1/2 cup milk or buttermilk
How To Make baked crispy chicken

Step 1preheat over to 375 degrees prepare a broiler pan (fluids need to be able to drain off) with pam spray or something similar.

Step 2In one bowl mix thoroughly egg and milk mixture In other bowl mix all dry ingredients

Step 3thoroughly dunk chicken in the egg/milk mixture then drop into flour/seasonings mixture, roll and pat til completely covered. Repeat until pan is full or all chicken is used up (this usually lasts through 15 or so drumsticks or thighs)

Step 4Place pan in center of oven and bake for one hour. Your family will be amazed and wonder what spices you used. :)
