Many moons ago this was in the monthly rotation of recipes at our house. I made it again recently and wondered why I took it out of the rotation. It is liked a fried chicken, but is coated with Cornflake crumbs and baked. Easy too.

Ingredients

6 - chicken breast halves
1 cup mayonnaise
2 cups crushed corn flakes measured after crushing
6 tablespoons buttter, melted

How To Make baked cornflake chicken

Step 1

Preheat oven oven to 350-degrees.

Step 2

Roll chicken pieces in mayonnaise to coat. Then dredge in corn flakes to coat.
Step 3

Place in baking dish. Drizzle with melted butter and bake bake for 1 hour.
