- 3 whole skinless, boneless chicken breasts - split, rinsed and patted dry
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 pint sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1/2 cup dry sherry
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon parsley

Step 1Preheat oven to 350F. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat
