  • 1/4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 whole skinless, boneless chicken breasts - split, rinsed and patted dry
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 pint sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1/2 cup dry sherry
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon parsley

How To Make baked chicken with sherry sauce

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350F. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat
  • Step 2
    Add chicken breasts and brown on both sides. Remove to a shallow baking dish and arrange in a single layer. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and basil..
