chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp
garlic powder
1/4 tsp
3 c
spaghetti sauce
2-4 slice
provolone cheese
parmesan cheese

How to Make Baked Chicken with Provolone and Ziti


  • 1Ziti: make the amount you think you will eat!
  • 2Put the chicken breasts in a baking pan, sprayed with a non-stick spray.
  • 3Sprinkle herbs on top of chicken breasts.
  • 4Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour.
  • 5Meanwhile, heat the sauce and cook the ziti separately (cook ziti according to directions on the box).
  • 6Once the ziti is cooked and drained, return to the saucepan and put a pat of butter in it.
  • 7Mix well, and pour into another 1 1/2 quart sprayed baking dish.
  • 8When the chicken is finished baking, put it on top of the ziti, and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  • 9Pour the sauce on top of all and place the cheese on top.
  • 10Put under the broiler until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
