i lov chicken and any way ya fix it well hubby he is ok with it but needs new ways to have chicken... i came up with this today.... it all is in getting the breading right

Ingredients

  • 5
    chicken thighs
  • 2 pkg
    chicken flavored ramen noodles
  • 1 Tbsp
    onion powder,[make sure u use powder not salt]
  • 1 Tbsp
    dried chives
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder[again make sure it is powder]
  • 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1/4 c
    water
  • 2 large
    eggs
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic pieces[from jar with liquid in it]
  • ·
    several pieces fresh chives

How to Make baked chicken thighs with a swist

Step-by-Step

  1. spray 9x13 glass baking dish with non stick cooking spray set aside
  2. crush noodles up some then put in food processor add both powders,flour and chives paulce til finely chopped place mix in lg zip bag set aside
  3. mix eggs,water and garlic pieces in small bowl
  4. put 1-2 pieces in noodles then egg then back into noodles then into glass baking dish keep doin this til all chicken coated put in fridge for 2 hrs up to overnight[if doin overnight cover well
  5. preheat oven til 350 sprinkle onion powder on top of chicken before puttin in oven cook 60 min remove from oven put several sprigs of fresh chives on top all chicken put back in oven 10 min or til juices run clear
