baked chicken & sticky rice
I've been making this since I was about 10, and I'm 49... Everyone always enjoys it. We usually have it with sweet peas or a salad.

Ingredients
- 1 medium chicken
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups water
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make baked chicken & sticky rice

Step 1Preheat oven to 500

Step 2Season chicken, Place chicken in a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil, and bake for 30 minutes (be careful when uncovering, steam burns!)

Step 3Remove from oven, uncover, add rice and water (I usually add more seasoning at this time), cover and return to oven for another 30 minutes (be careful when uncovering, steam burns!)
