Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken, cooked and chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1.5 cups celery, diced
- 1 slice lemon, peeled
- 1/2 cup almonds, blanched
- 1/2 small onion
- 4 cups potato chips, whole
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed
How To Make baked chicken salad

Step 1Heat oven to 375.

Step 2Grease a 2-quart casserole.

Step 3Put chicken and celery into casserole.

Step 4Blender - chop nuts and add to chicken.

Step 5Put 2 cups of potato chips into blender container, cover and process 4 cycles at (stir).

Step 6Empty onto wax paper and set aside.

Step 7Repeat with remaining chips.

Step 8Put remaining ingredients into container, cover and process at (blend) until smooth.

Step 9Add to chicken and mix well.

Step 10Sprinkle potato chip crumbs over top and bake for 30 minutes.

Step 11NOTE: A cycle is defined as a 1 second pulse operation with a pause for food to settle before repeating.
