Ingredients
- - cut up chicken
- - celery
- - carrots peeled
- - salt and pepper
- - seasonings of choice, optional
How To Make baked chicken & carrots

Step 1Peel the carrot and leave whole. Clean the celery. In a large roaster lay the carrots and celery stalks. Have enough to cover the bottom of the pan.

Step 2Clean the chicken and lay it on top of the celery and carrots. Salt & pepper or season with your choice of seasoning.

Step 3Cover the chicken. Place in oven at 325 degrees. Bake the chicken slowly until done. Depending on the roaster or roasting pan the chicken should brown. If not uncover the chicken for the last 45 minutes and brown it.

Step 4Serve carrots as your vegetable.
