baked chicken breast with crunchy onions
I always have part of a container of French's onion rings left after a holiday meal and decided to use it on chicken breasts. This recipe is about 2 WW points per serving, using the minimum amount of crushed onion rings.

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless about 4-5 ounces each. you can take one large breast and carefully cut it into two thinner breast pieces.
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 - 3/4 cups crunchy onion rings, crushed
- crushed red pepper or chili powder, optional
- pan spray
How To Make baked chicken breast with crunchy onions

Step 1Dip chicken breast (or breast pieces) into beaten egg. Then press each piece into a plate of crushed onions. Add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes or chili powder for a little extra zip!

Step 2Spray oven-proof baking pan with pan spray. Bake chicken in 400ºF oven until no longer pink and juices run clear. About 20 minutes.
