baked breaded chicken breasts
was just trying to come up with another idea for cooking chicken when I spotted some cheese it crackers and some town house Italian herb crackers. I decided to grind the crackers and use it for a breading. The recipe turned out good and my husband really liked it. Hope you all will too.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds skinless chicken breast or thighs
- 1 cup cheese-it crackers
- 1 cup town house italian herb crackers
- 2 - eggs slightly beaten
- 3 tablespoons flour
- - olive oil
How To Make baked breaded chicken breasts

Step 1place both cheese-it crackers and Italian herb crackers in a food processor. Grind until fine and so you have 2 cups total

Step 2Place cracker crumbs in zip lock bag. Add 3 large tablespoons of flour and mix well.

Step 3dip chicken in egg on both sides, and place in zip lock bag. shake well until chicken is completely coated.

Step 4brush baking pan with olive oil. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
