Baked BBQ Chicken Wings

This is one of my favorite recipes to make! It is so easy but very delicious! (Normally I use the chicken drumettes but for this photo I had used chicken wing "portions".)

  • 1/4 c
    light soy sauce
  • 1/4 c
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1/4 tsp
    ginger, ground
  • 1/4 c
    tabasco hot sauce
  • 20
    chicken drumettes (healthier if skinless)

How to Make Baked BBQ Chicken Wings


  1. Mix first 5 ingredients in a medium size, flat dish or pan. Add chicken wings and REFRIGERATE FOR 4 HOURS OR OVERNIGHT. (Turning chicken wings in marinade every 2-3 hours or so helps enhance the flavor.)
  2. Place chicken wings on a well-greased baking sheet or 1/4" baking pan. Bake at 400 degrees F for 25-30 minutes, turning wings after 15 minutes.
