I found this recipe for bacon wrapped chicken breasts and we loved it. The chicken comes out so moist and juicy. One day I decided to change it up a bit and add the ranch flavor....even better than before!

Ingredients For bacon ranch chicken breasts

  • 3
    large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in half lengthwise (or 4 small)
  • 8 slice
    bacon
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c
    (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 pkg
    hidden valley ranch dressing mix

How To Make bacon ranch chicken breasts

    Wrap each chicken breast with two slices bacon; place in baking dish.

    Mix together soup, sour cream, and dressing mix; spread over top of chicken.

    Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

    Serve with cooked rice. Spoon sauce over chicken breasts and rice.
