Ingredients
- 4-6 - chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons chili powder (more or less to taste)
- 1 pound bacon, uncooked
How To Make bacon chicken wraps
-
Step 1Make sure chicken breasts are thawed and trimmed. Then cut each breast into 1 inch chunks
-
Step 2Next take 1 slice of bacon (I usually cut the strip into two pieces) and wrap around the chicken chunk and secure with a toothpick.
-
Step 3Mix the brown sugar and chili powder in a shallow dish and dredge the chicken into the mixture. Place on a cookie sheet.
-
Step 4Bake on 350'F for approximately 30-35 minutes. Bacon should be brown and crispy when it is done.
