Ingredients

  • 4-6
    chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 2/3 c
    brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp
chili powder (more or less to taste)
  • 1 lb
    bacon, uncooked

How to Make Bacon Chicken Wraps

Step-by-Step

  1. Make sure chicken breasts are thawed and trimmed. Then cut each breast into 1 inch chunks
  2. Next take 1 slice of bacon (I usually cut the strip into two pieces) and wrap around the chicken chunk and secure with a toothpick.
  3. Mix the brown sugar and chili powder in a shallow dish and dredge the chicken into the mixture. Place on a cookie sheet.
  4. Bake on 350'F for approximately 30-35 minutes. Bacon should be brown and crispy when it is done.
