bacon, beer, and chicken
My son drank the last of the bit of milk I had, and I was telling him that I needed it for making fried chicken. As I grabbed a beer to drink he said, "What are you gonna do, use beer!?' And this creation was born :) **There is not enough alcohol to be bad for kids.

How To Make bacon, beer, and chicken
-
Step 1For half of my chicken, I wrapped 2 slices of bacon around each drumstick. In a cake pan, bake at 365 for about 30 minutes. Broil for 5-10 minutes on each side to crisp up the bacon.
-
Step 2For the beer battered chicken: Whisk up 3 eggs, pour in 1 cup beer (or however much you like) and mix with flour.
-
Step 3Dip the drumstick in the batter, cover well. Fry in oil until golden brown and cooked.
