Bacon, Beer, and Chicken
**There is not enough alcohol to be bad for kids.
How to Make Bacon, Beer, and Chicken
- For half of my chicken, I wrapped 2 slices of bacon around each drumstick. In a cake pan, bake at 365 for about 30 minutes. Broil for 5-10 minutes on each side to crisp up the bacon.
- For the beer battered chicken: Whisk up 3 eggs, pour in 1 cup beer (or however much you like) and mix with flour.
- Dip the drumstick in the batter, cover well. Fry in oil until golden brown and cooked.
