awesome honey mustard chicken
(1 RATING)
We love honey mustard, and I came up with this while looking for something different to do with boneless breasts. It's also great over boneless pork loin chops.

Ingredients
- 4 - boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
How To Make awesome honey mustard chicken
-
Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 9x13 glass pan with cooking spray. Lay chicken breasts in the pan. Salt and pepper to taste. Add a small pat of butter to the top of each breast.
-
Step 2Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
-
Step 3While the chicken is baking, add the Dijon mustard, honey, mayonnaise, and Worcestershire sauce to a bowl. Mix with a fork until well blended.
-
Step 4After the first 20 minutes are up, turn the chicken breasts over. Spoon half of the honey mustard mixture evenly over each breast. Bake for another 20 minutes.
-
Step 5After the second 20 minutes is up, turn the breasts back over and top with the remaining half of the honey mustard.
-
Step 6Bake 20 more minutes. If during the baking time the pan drippings start to burn, I add a little HOT water to the bottom of the pan to keep the chicken breasts moist.
