I got this recipe from Recipe4Living and modified it a wee bit. I used cream of chicken soup. Make sure you drain the veggies. I pre-cooked the chicken by boiling until just cooked. The chicken will continue to cook once you place in oven.

This was delicious!! It makes a lot so you can divide in half for a smaller yield. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 c
    bisquick
  • 2 c
    milk
  • 2 can(s)
    cream of celery soup or chicken
  • 15 oz
    carrots, canned and sliced and drained
  • 15 oz
    peas, canned and drained
  • 15 oz
    green beans, canned and drained
  • 1 1/2 c
    chicken broth
  • 4
    pre-cooked chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 stick
    butter

How to Make Awesome Chicken Pot Pie

Step-by-Step

  1. Place cooked diced chicken in the bottom of a greased 9X13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine soup, broth and drained vegetables. Pour over chicken.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine Bisquick (or choice of biscuit mix) and milk. Pour over chicken mixture.
  4. Melt butter in microwave-safe dish and drizzle over top of dish.
  5. Bake in a 350 degrees oven (uncovered)for 1 hour or until Bisquick rises and browns.
  6. ENJOY!!
