awesome chicken pot pie
This secret recipe was provided to me by a friend who was the chef in a very popular restaurant. Enjoy. Some pot pie variations have no bottom crust and are more similar to a baked casserole.

Ingredients
- 2 cups bisquick
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cans cream of celery soup
- 15 ounces small peas
- 15 ounces carrots, sliced
- 15 ounces green beans
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 4 - cooked chicken breast or cut up cooked chicken
- 1 stick butter
How To Make awesome chicken pot pie

Step 1Place cooked chicken in the bottom of a greased 10 x 15 x 2-inch baking dish. In a large bowl, combine soup, broth, mix well, then add vegetables. Pour over chicken. In a medium bowl, combine Bisquick and milk. mix well. Pour over chicken mixture.

Step 2Melt butter in microwave-safe dish and drizzle over top. Bake at 350 degrees (uncovered) for 1 hour or until Bisquick rises and browns.
