- 4 - whole pita breads
- 2 - tablespoons olive oil
- 1 - med ripe avocado,peeled and pitted
- 1/4 tsp - lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp - salt
- 1/4 tsp - garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp - hot pepper sauce
- 3/4 lb - cooked rotisserie chicken,cut in strips
- 1 med - tomato,chopped
- 2 cups - monterey jack cheese,shredded
How To Make avocado chicken pitas

Step 1Brush one side of each pita bread with oil.place on an ungreased baking sheet. bake at 350' for 12 to 15 min or until browned and crisp.

Step 2Meanwhile,in a small bowl,mash the avocado with lemon juice,salt,garlic power and hot pepper sauce.spread over pitas.layer with chicken,tomato and cheese.bake for 5 to 6 min or until cheese is melted.
