Ingredients
- 6 chicken legs drumsticks
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 6 slices bacon cut in half
- 1/2 cup each mustard and honey
- 1/4 cup each light corn syrup, and mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon dry onion flakes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms sliced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- fresh parsley for garnish
How To Make aussie chicken

Step 1Season the chicken drums with salt and set aside. Preheat oven 350 degrees.

Step 2In a bowl mix the mustard, honey, corn syrup, mayonnaise and onion flakes together.Set aside.

Step 3Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Set on paper towels and let cool. Crumble into pieces.

Step 4Add the garlic and mushrooms to the skillet and cook for about 3 minutes.

Step 5Place chicken legs in baking dish. Pour the honey mustard sauce over the chicken legs. Pour the mushrooms on top and then the bacon pieces. Place in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes. Add the cheese and bake another 10 minutes until melted and bubbly. Serve garnished with parsley
