aunt lou's chicken pie
My Aunt Lou makes the best Chicken Pie in the whole world! She not only makes this for my birthday but all my cousins ask for the same pie to be made on their birthdays too....it is that delicious! We know this pie is seasoned with lots of love too! Hey, Aunt Lou just a reminder my birthday is March 3rd....I am ready for my Chicken Pie!

Ingredients
- 1 package pillsbury pie crusts
- 3 - 4 - chicken breasts, cooked (save 2 c. of broth)
- 1/2 stick reg. margarine (not light)
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups broth
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make aunt lou's chicken pie

Step 1Cook chicken until tender. Cool & cut into bite-sized pieces. place in a 9-inch pie plate with unbaked crust. In a skillet, melt margarine. Add flour and stir. Add broth and whisk until smooth, consistency of gravy. Pour into pie shell over chicken. Salt & pepper to taste. Top with other pie crust. Bake at 410 for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
