- 3 1/2 pounds chicken, broiler-fryer - cut up in pieces
- 2 medium onions, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons sweet hungarian paprika
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup chicken broth, low-fat
- 1 cup sour cream
- - salt and pepper
- - cooked noodles or rice
