chicken, broiler-fryer - cut up in pieces
2 medium
onions, finely chopped
2 Tbsp
sweet hungarian paprika
3 Tbsp
1/2 c
chicken broth, low-fat
1 c
sour cream
salt and pepper
cooked noodles or rice

How to Make Aunt Betty's Chicken Paprikash


  • 1Brown chicken, onions, and paprika in butter.
  • 2Add chicken broth and simmer, covered, over low heat 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.
  • 3Stir in sour cream and serve over hot cooked noodles or rice.
