Ok, this is one of the EASIEST dinners I have made in a loooong time! I just was not in the mood to cook a big meal one night, as we have been getting ready for another "attempt" at a yard sale. Soooo, I threw this together in about 10 minutes and it was DELICIOUS! Kiddo had a second helping......WOO HOO!

prep time 10 Min
cook time 25 Min
method ---
yield 6-8 serving(s)

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes augratin potato mix
  • 1 pound browned ground beef, sausage, or cooked diced, or shredded chicken
  • 1 1/2 cups vegetable(s) of your choice (optional)

How To Make augratin casserole

  • Step 1
Assemble potatoes according to package directions for oven baking. Before you put potatoes in the oven, add your meat and vegetables, and stir gently. I used ground beef this time. I left the vegetables out of them in this one. (I know, I know....bad mommy!) lol
  • Step 2
Bake in 350*F oven till potatoes are tender; approximately 25 - 30 minutes.
