atomic popcorn chicken
My daughter and I were playing mad scientist in the kitchen and came up with this nice surprise. This didn't come out as hot as we were hoping for, so next time we may add red pepper flakes to the coating. These would be good dipped in hot sauce, or ketchup, or maybe a Hoisen sauce. (any vinegar or other acid based sauce)
