These are so tender and tasty. They are good served with rice and spinach as sides along with yeast rolls.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oil (your choice)
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons minced garlic
- 8-10 - chicken wings
How To Make asian style chicken wings

Step 1Mix together and place the first five ingredients in a gallon ziplock bag.

Step 2Wash wings well and place into the ziplock bag and marinate in the fridge for two to four hours.

Step 3Place wings into a foil lined pan and pour the marinate over wings. Bake uncovered at 350 for approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until done. This depends on your oven and the size of the wings. Note: I may drizzle honey over them just before I put them in the oven the next time I have them.
