Ingredients
- 8 ounces rice noodles
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemongrass paste
- 2 tablespoons gochujang or chili paste
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 3 - boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into pieces
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms chopped
- 4 - green onions chopped
- - juice of 1 lime
- - fresh cilantro for garnish
How To Make asian style chicken noodle bowl

Step 1Place the rice noodles in boiling water and let soak according to package directions.

Step 2Mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, lemongrass paste, gochujang, ginger , brown sugar, cornstarch and garlic together in a bowl and set aside.

Step 3Add the oil to a wok or large skillet. Add the chicken and mushrooms. Stir fry until chicken is done. Add the carrots and green onions. Add the sauce mixture and bring to a boil and let thickened a bit. Stir in the noodles. Add the lime juice Top with the cilantro
