Ingredients For asian style chicken noodle bowl

  • 8 oz
    rice noodles
  • 1/2 c
    soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp
    oyster sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemongrass paste
  • 2 Tbsp
    gochujang or chili paste
  • 1/3 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 tsp
    grated ginger
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 3
    boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into pieces
  • 1/2 c
    grated carrots
  • 1 c
    fresh mushrooms chopped
  • 4
    green onions chopped
  • juice of 1 lime
  • fresh cilantro for garnish

How To Make asian style chicken noodle bowl

    Place the rice noodles in boiling water and let soak according to package directions.

    Mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, lemongrass paste, gochujang, ginger , brown sugar, cornstarch and garlic together in a bowl and set aside.

    Add the oil to a wok or large skillet. Add the chicken and mushrooms. Stir fry until chicken is done. Add the carrots and green onions. Add the sauce mixture and bring to a boil and let thickened a bit. Stir in the noodles. Add the lime juice Top with the cilantro
