Ingredients

  • 8 oz
    rice noodles
  • 1/2 c
    soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp
    oyster sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemongrass paste
  • 2 Tbsp
    gochujang or chili paste
  • 1/3 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 tsp
    grated ginger
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 3
    boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into pieces
  • 1/2 c
    grated carrots
  • 1 c
    fresh mushrooms chopped
  • 4
    green onions chopped
  • ·
    juice of 1 lime
  • ·
    fresh cilantro for garnish

How to Make Asian Style Chicken Noodle Bowl

Step-by-Step

  1. Place the rice noodles in boiling water and let soak according to package directions.
  2. Mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, lemongrass paste, gochujang, ginger , brown sugar, cornstarch and garlic together in a bowl and set aside.
  3. Add the oil to a wok or large skillet. Add the chicken and mushrooms. Stir fry until chicken is done. Add the carrots and green onions. Add the sauce mixture and bring to a boil and let thickened a bit. Stir in the noodles. Add the lime juice Top with the cilantro
