Asian Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

These are so good. If you can't find sweet soy sauce you can make it by adding two parts soy sauce to one part corn syrup. I like to drizzle more sweet soy sauce on top when I serve these.

gd. pork, gd. beef, gd. chicken or turkey your choice
1 c
carrots julieened
1 c
bean sprouts
1 c
cooked quinoa
1 c
shiitake mushrooms diced
green onions sliced
5 clove
garlic minced
1 Tbsp
ginger minced
4 Tbsp
soy sauce
1 tsp
sesame oil
2 tsp
rice vinegar
3 Tbsp
brown sugar
2 Tbsp
oyster sauce
1 Tbsp
chili garlic sauce
leaves separated from head of cabbage


1 c
1 c
tomato sauce
1/2 c
sweet soy sauce
3 Tbsp
fish sauce and sweet chili sauce
cilantro for garnish

How to Make Asian Stuffed Cabbage Rolls


  • 1Preheat oven 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients together for cabbage rolls except cabbage.
  • 2Spray a 9 x 13 pan. Place about 1/2 cup of Asian meat mixture in each cabbage leaf. Roll up and place seam side down in baking pan.
  • 3Mix the ingredients for sauce together and pour over top cabbage rolls. Top with foil and place in oven and bake 35 minutes.
  • 4Remove from oven remove foil. With spatula take out each cabbage roll. Drizzle sauce over top and garnish with cilantro.
