asian stuffed cabbage rolls
These are so good. If you can't find sweet soy sauce you can make it by adding two parts soy sauce to one part corn syrup. I like to drizzle more sweet soy sauce on top when I serve these.

Ingredients
- 1 pound gd. pork, gd. beef, gd. chicken or turkey your choice
- 1 cup carrots julieened
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 cup shiitake mushrooms diced
- 3 - green onions sliced
- 5 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger minced
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
- 8 - leaves separated from head of cabbage
- SAUCE
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup sweet soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons fish sauce and sweet chili sauce
- - cilantro for garnish
How To Make asian stuffed cabbage rolls

Step 1Preheat oven 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients together for cabbage rolls except cabbage.

Step 2Spray a 9 x 13 pan. Place about 1/2 cup of Asian meat mixture in each cabbage leaf. Roll up and place seam side down in baking pan.

Step 3Mix the ingredients for sauce together and pour over top cabbage rolls. Top with foil and place in oven and bake 35 minutes.

Step 4Remove from oven remove foil. With spatula take out each cabbage roll. Drizzle sauce over top and garnish with cilantro.
