Ingredients
- SAUCE
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 1/2 tablespoons lite soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon grated orange zest
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh or ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon minced or garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- CHICKEN TENDERS
- - flour, salt &pepper & oil
How To Make asian orange & lemon chicken

Step 1In a non-metal bowl, combine sauce ingredience EXCEPT cornstarch & 2 Tbsp water.

Step 2Dust chicken pcs. with flour, salt & pepper. Lightly brown. Remove from pan. Add sauce and bring it to a medium boil.

Step 3Mix cornstarch & 2 Tbsp.of water into a slurry.

Step 4Mix slurry into boiling sauce & stir constantly to thicken. When thickened add chicken back in and lower heat. Cook until chicken is done stirring often. PS: chicken tenders cook quickly. This last step should only be about 5 minutes. Serve with rice.
