1First Chop the onion, ginger, garlic. Set aside. Chop chicken, brown in a non-stick frying pan in 1 tbsp of olive oil. Add the onion, garlic, ginger. Saute' together for about 5 mins.
2Mix together marmalade, hoisen sauce, soy sauce, add to chicken mixture and simmer for 10 to 05 mins or until the liquid has cooked down a bit and absorbed into the chicken.
3Serve over some fried rice and you have a fantastic easy dinner. If you get an envelope of fried rice seasoning in the grocery store, you can put together a pretty good Asian meal. Serve some of those frozen egg rolls. Enjoy!
