This is my family's favorite meal. So I have to share it with you. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Ingredients

  • 4 to 5 - chicken thighs, boneless and skinless chopped
  • 1\2 cup green onion
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh chopped ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic chopped
  • 4 tablespoons orange marmalade
  • 4 tablespoons hoisen sause
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce, dark
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

How To Make asian orange chicken

  • Step 1
    First Chop the onion, ginger, garlic. Set aside. Chop chicken, brown in a non-stick frying pan in 1 tbsp of olive oil. Add the onion, garlic, ginger. Saute' together for about 5 mins.
  • Step 2
    Mix together marmalade, hoisen sauce, soy sauce, add to chicken mixture and simmer for 10 to 05 mins or until the liquid has cooked down a bit and absorbed into the chicken.
  • Step 3
    Serve over some fried rice and you have a fantastic easy dinner. If you get an envelope of fried rice seasoning in the grocery store, you can put together a pretty good Asian meal. Serve some of those frozen egg rolls. Enjoy!
