- MARINADE
- 2 tablespoons chinese chile garlic sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons coconut aminos or soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- CHICKEN
- 4 - boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- CILANTRO LIME PESTO
- 1 cup fresh cilantro chopped
- 1 - lime juiced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon pine nuts
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup olive oil
How To Make asian marinated chicken with cilantro lime pesto

Step 1Place all the ingredients for marinade together and add the chicken. Let marinate for at least 3 hours or overnight.

Step 2Remove the chicken from the marinade. Discard the marinade. Add the butter to a large skillet. Place the chicken in the skillet and cook until no longer pink.

Step 3In a food processor add the ingredients for the pesto. Process until well incorporated. Serve over the chicken
