Ingredients

  • 4
    chicken thighs
  • 1/3 c
    rice vinegar
  • 1/4 c
    soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp
    honey
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1/4 c
    mirin
  • 1 Tbsp
    toasted sesame oil
  • 6 Tbsp
    garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp
    ginger minced

How to Make Asian Glazed Chicken Thighs

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix all ingredients together except for chicken. Place the chicken in a large saucepan. Pour the sauce over the top. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer basting the chicken with the sauce and turning the chicken every 5 minutes until the chicken is no longer pink. About 15 minutes
  2. Serve over steamed rice
