Ingredients

  • 4 - chicken thighs
  • 1/3 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup mirin
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 6 tablespoons garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger minced

How To Make asian glazed chicken thighs

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients together except for chicken. Place the chicken in a large saucepan. Pour the sauce over the top. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer basting the chicken with the sauce and turning the chicken every 5 minutes until the chicken is no longer pink. About 15 minutes

    Serve over steamed rice
