I am calling it General Tso’s chicken, but in reality, it does have additional elements that I added.
So, you ready… Let’s get into the kitchen.

3 - 4garlic, minced

8 ozcubed pineapple (1 can), reserve juice for the slurry

1/2 choisin sauce

3 Tbspcoconut sugar

3 Tbsprice wine vinegar
-
2 Tbsptamari sauce, or liquid aminos
-
1 tspsesame oil, toasted variety

1/2 tspcrushed red pepper flakes, or to taste

1/8 tspginger powder

THE SLURRY

1 - 2 Tbspcornstarch or arrowroot powder

·reserved juice from the can of pineapple chunks
