Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons black soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 medium onion small dice
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup sake
- 3 tablespoons peanut oil
- 1/3 pound chicken beef or pork thinly sliced
- 2 large eggs
- 16 ounces rice noodles
- 1 cup fresh thai basil or regular basil minced
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
How To Make asian drunken noodles

Step 1Combine black soy, sweet soy, oyster sauce, fish sauce and brown sugar in a bowl and set aside.

Step 2Place rice noodles in a pot of hot water and let soak for 15 then drain

Step 3Add peanut oil to pan. Saute the meat until you get a little color on them. Remove with slotted spoon. add onion and garlic and saute until translucent. Add the Sake and scrap up the bottom of pan. Add the meat back in. Make a well in the center and add the beaten eggs and scramble them into the mixture.

Step 4When eggs and meat are almost cooked add the noodles and sauce . cook until thicken. Add the basil and white pepper
