boneless skinless chicken thighs cut into pieces
3 Tbsp
fish sauce
4 clove
inch ginger peeled

1/2 c
cilantro chopped
2 tsp
head boston lettuce leaves separated
1 small
red onion diced
1 small
seedless cucumber peeled and sliced
asian sweet chili sauce

How to Make Asian Chicken Meatballs Lettuce Wraps


  • 1Place the chicken, garlic, ginger, shallots and 1/4 cup of the cilantro in a food processor and process until mix well. Add the fish sauce and the cornstarch.
  • 2Place parchment paper on baking sheet and preheat oven 400 degrees.
  • 3Moisten hands and roll into meatballs and place on baking sheet. Bake about 15 to 20 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  • 4Place 3 meatballs on lettuce leaf and garnish with red onion, cucumber, and cilantro and drizzle sweet chili sauce.
