Asian Barbecue Skewers
2 lbof chicken, beef and/or pork
1/2 csoy sauce
1/2 cbrown sugar, firmly packed
2 Tbspsesame oil
3 clovegarlic, minced
1/2 cthinly sliced green onions
1 Tbsptoasted sesame seeds
How to Make Asian Barbecue Skewers
- Cut your meat 1 1/2 inches thick and thread onto 7 inch long skewers.
- Place skewers in a 6 quart Crock-Pot layering as flat as possible.
- combine soy sauce, brown sugar, oil and garlic in a small bowl. Reserve 1/2 cup of sauce, set aside. Pour remaining sauce over the skewers. Cover , cook on low 2 hours. Turn skewers and cook 1 more hour.
