of chicken, beef and/or pork
1/2 c
soy sauce
1/2 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
2 Tbsp
sesame oil
3 clove
garlic, minced
1/2 c
thinly sliced green onions
1 Tbsp
toasted sesame seeds

How to Make Asian Barbecue Skewers


  • 1Cut your meat 1 1/2 inches thick and thread onto 7 inch long skewers.
  • 2Place skewers in a 6 quart Crock-Pot layering as flat as possible.
  • 3combine soy sauce, brown sugar, oil and garlic in a small bowl. Reserve 1/2 cup of sauce, set aside. Pour remaining sauce over the skewers. Cover , cook on low 2 hours. Turn skewers and cook 1 more hour.
