Ingredients
- 2 pounds of chicken, beef and/or pork
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
How To Make asian barbecue skewers

Step 1Cut your meat 1 1/2 inches thick and thread onto 7 inch long skewers.

Step 2Place skewers in a 6 quart Crock-Pot layering as flat as possible.

Step 3combine soy sauce, brown sugar, oil and garlic in a small bowl. Reserve 1/2 cup of sauce, set aside. Pour remaining sauce over the skewers. Cover , cook on low 2 hours. Turn skewers and cook 1 more hour.
