Ash-Chey Chicken

I came up with this chicken for my girls, ages 16 and 9. They absolutely feel in love with it, hence the name Ash-Chey, Ashley and Cheyenne.

1/3 c
brown sugar
1/2 c
italian dressing
4-8 medium
chicken, boneless and skinless

How to Make Ash-Chey Chicken


  • 1Put chicken in a skillet. Frozen chicken in the bag or packages of fresh chicken will work too.
  • 2Cover chicken with 1/2 cup italian dressing.
  • 3On medium heat fry chicken with the dressing until golden brown. May need to add more dressing if chicken absorbs it.
  • 4Add 1/3 cup of brown sugar. I usually like to add more brown sugar to make a sticky type coat on it.
  • 5Simmer in pan for about 5 minutes.
  • 6Done! Ready to eat!
