  • 4 - boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 15 ounces artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
  • 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • - salt & pepper to taste
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise

How To Make artichoke chicken

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 375*F Mix together artichoke hearts, cheese, mayo, garlic powder, salt & pepper. Place chicken in greased baking dish and cover evenly with mixture. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until juices run clear.
