Ingredients
- 3 pounds chicken breasts, cut into large pieces
- 1 - lime
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 can black olives
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 medium green pepper, sliced (or cut into strips)
- 1 medium red pepper, sliced (or cut into strips)
- 1 1/2 cups orange juice
How To Make argentine chicken

Step 1Assemble all ingredients.

Step 2Chop onion, slice peppers. Squeeze fresh lime juice (approx. 1/3 cup).

Step 3Marinate chicken pieces in juice from the lime for at least 30 minutes. Combine salt, pepper and paprika; sprinkle over chicken.

Step 4Brown chicken on all sides in oil.

Step 5Place chicken in casserole or baking pan, add olives, onion, green and red pepper, and orange juice. Cover, bake at 350 for 45 minutes, or until chicken is tender.

Step 6Serve with rice.
