chicken breasts, cut into large pieces

lime
1 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
pepper
3/4 tsp
paprika
1 can(s)
black olives
1/4 c
oil
1 large
onion, chopped
1 medium
green pepper, sliced (or cut into strips)
1 medium
red pepper, sliced (or cut into strips)
1 1/2 c
orange juice

How to Make Argentine Chicken

Step-by-Step

  • 1Assemble all ingredients.
  • 2Chop onion, slice peppers. Squeeze fresh lime juice (approx. 1/3 cup).
  • 3Marinate chicken pieces in juice from the lime for at least 30 minutes. Combine salt, pepper and paprika; sprinkle over chicken.
  • 4Brown chicken on all sides in oil.
  • 5Place chicken in casserole or baking pan, add olives, onion, green and red pepper, and orange juice. Cover, bake at 350 for 45 minutes, or until chicken is tender.
  • 6Serve with rice.
