    olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    white vinegar
  • 10 clove
    garlic, slightly smashed
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt

    grinds of black pepper

    sage leaves, fresh
  • 1 jar(s)
    apricot preserves

How to Make GARLIC N SAGE APRICOT CHICKEN

Step-by-Step

  1. TAKE CUT CHICKEN BREASTS (or thighs) N PLACE IN LARGE ROASTING PAN
  2. PREHEAT OVEN TO 400...COMBINE REST OF INGREDIENTS IN BOWL N THEN POUR OVER CHICKEN N TOSS SO THEY R ALL COATED.
  3. ROAST CHICKEN TILL BROWND N COOKD THRU ABOUT 35-40 MINUTES.....ENJOY :)
