- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 10 cloves garlic, slightly smashed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 20 - grinds of black pepper
- 20 - sage leaves, fresh
- 1 jar apricot preserves

Step 1TAKE CUT CHICKEN BREASTS (or thighs) N PLACE IN LARGE ROASTING PAN

Step 2PREHEAT OVEN TO 400...COMBINE REST OF INGREDIENTS IN BOWL N THEN POUR OVER CHICKEN N TOSS SO THEY R ALL COATED.
