THIS IS AN EASY N DELICIOUS DISH....I MAKE IT FOR DAUGHTER DEAR WEN I MAKE LAMB FOR THE FAMILY....SHE DONT DO THE LAMB THANG :)

Ingredients

  • 5 - chicken breast, skinless with bone n cut in half (thighs r fine)
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 10 cloves garlic, slightly smashed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 20 - grinds of black pepper
  • 20 - sage leaves, fresh
  • 1 jar apricot preserves

How To Make garlic n sage apricot chicken

  • Step 1
    TAKE CUT CHICKEN BREASTS (or thighs) N PLACE IN LARGE ROASTING PAN
  • Step 2
    PREHEAT OVEN TO 400...COMBINE REST OF INGREDIENTS IN BOWL N THEN POUR OVER CHICKEN N TOSS SO THEY R ALL COATED.
  • Step 3
    ROAST CHICKEN TILL BROWND N COOKD THRU ABOUT 35-40 MINUTES.....ENJOY :)
