How to Make Apricot Chicken Divine
- 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Melt margarine with oil in a shallow baking pan.
- 2Shake chicken in a plastic bag filled wih flour until well coated. Place chicken in a single layer in the baking pan and bake for 25 minutes.
- 3Combine apricot preserves, sour cream, and mustard. Spread apricot mixture on chicken and bake for 30 minutes more or until done.
